Gardener's house

The gardener’s house is an integral part of the Čipera Villa complex and, like the villa itself, is a listed building.

However, under the administration of the Zlín Region’s Cultural and Creative Center, its use has changed. It no longer serves as a permanent residence for a gardener who would tend to the park and garden, but has become a place for short-term stays for guests of the Čipera Villa and the Zlín Region.

Thanks to its attractive exterior and modern interior, the gardener’s house can be used for film or other audiovisual projects.
