Following an extensive reconstruction, the villa now houses the newly established Zlín Region’s Cultural and Creative Center at the Čipera Villa, which offers educational programs for schools as well as the general public.

How to get to us
| Public Transportation
You can get to us from the center of Zlín by public transportation either via trolleybus lines 4 and 5.
In both cases, get off at the Burešov stop and, after walking 50 meters in the direction of travel, turn right onto Burešov Street and head up the slight hill. At the intersection, continue slightly to the left, and after another 200 meters, you will be standing in front of the Čipera Villa.

Limited parking for passenger cars is available directly in front of the Čipera Villa, and the parking lot has two designated spaces for vehicles transporting wheelchair users.
